Let’s take a coffee break and try this phrase – “Ko-hii wo ire mashoka?”

Whether we work in the office or from home, we need a coffee break every now and then. If you think your coworkers or family could use a cup of joe, you might want to try this phrase:

“Ko-hii wo ire mashoka?” This means “Shall I make you a coffee?”

Repeat after me. “Ko-hii wo ire mashoka?” (“Ko-Hii” – coffee, “Ire Mashoka” – Shall I make~?)

You can replace “Ko-Hii” with “Ocha” for tea instead. Enjoy your coffee and stay tuned for the next lesson!
