Editor's Note: Eric DeGuzman found a great place to eat in Yokohama. Eric, thanks for sharing your dining experience with the rest of us! Folks, if you're up for some pancakes, read on.

Are you craving for some pancakes?

If so, the question is how do you like your pancakes served?

On Thanksgiving Day I decided to try a new restaurant that my friend referred to me. The restaurant’s name is Pancake Ristorante located in Yokohama near China Town. Being in Japan, there are not a lot of places serving pancakes. But this place will give you more pancakes than you need.

The restaurant is located right on the main street where you can easily spot it. I was lucky to get there early because this restaurant is very popular and they usually have lines of people outside waiting to get it in. The dining area is modern, spacious, and clean. They also have an English menu that has plenty of choices to select from.

I ordered the meat omelet with salad on the side and an ice cream chocolate pancake dessert. The meat omelet was very tasty and not greasy at all. Eating salad with the omelet was surprisingly good. The portion was just right for one person.

After finishing my omelet and salad, they gave my ice cream chocolate dessert. This was the best dessert I have ever tasted. It satisfied my cravings for pancakes and sweets. The portion was more than I could eat, so bringing a friend or family member to share this is highly recommended.

After finishing a satisfying meal, I looked at the bill and it was around 2,500 yen. For the portion and experience I had it was worth it. There is no doubt, I’ll be coming back again to this place and this time I’ll bring some friends to help me finish my dessert.
