MANGILAO, Guam – Brothers Jaron and Javin Meno compiled 258 yards on 21 carries to boost Father Duenas Memorial to its Pacific-record 80th straight win, downing Guam High 28-12 in Friday league semifinal at George Washington High School field.

The Panthers fell to 4-4 overall after having their three-game winning streak snapped. The Friars improved to 8-0 and will try to extend their league record to nine straight championships next Saturday.

The game was called with 8:22 left following the Friars’ last touchdown, a Jaron Meno 29-yard run, when the Panthers coaching staff engaged in debate with game officials.
