Twenty bilateral teams comprised of one bowler each from CFAS, Sasebo City Hall, JMSDF, and JGSDF participated in the tournament, organized by Sasebo City Base Affairs Bureau to promote partnership and friendship between CFAS, the local Self-Defense Forces, and their host city.
