National Vietnam War Veterans Day (Army & Air Force Exchange)
Camp Zama – As a 50th Anniversary Vietnam War Commemorative Partner, the Camp Zama Exchange will host pinning ceremonies for the final time the Camp Zama PX at 11:30 on March 29, 2025, at the Main Store to honor and recognize Vietnam War-era Veterans.
The Commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War was authorized by Congress, established under the secretary of defense, and launched in 2012 to thank and honor Vietnam Veterans and their families through Veterans Day 2025.
Veterans who served on active duty from Nov. 1, 1955, to May 15, 1975, are eligible to receive a commemorative lapel pin inscribed with “A Grateful Nation Thanks and Honors You.” The Camp Zama PX ceremony will be held at 11:30 on March 29 at the Main Store.
“Team Exchange is truly honored to once again celebrate the selfless service of Vietnam War-era Veterans who served with distinction,” said Camp Zama Exchange General Manager Nick Cucinello. “It is a privilege to join a thankful nation as we show our deepest appreciation and support for these heroes.”
