Back to the Future stands as a classic movie for several reasons, in part thanks to its fun blend of science fiction, comedy, and adventure. Directed by Robert Zemeckis and released in 1985, the movie also spawned two additional spin-offs – Back to the Future II (1989) and Back to the Future III (1990).
A musical based on the popular franchise is set to take the stage at Tokyo’s JR East Shiki Theater in April 2025, after successful runs in Manchester, London’s West End, and on Broadway. Tickets are set to be released from December 2024, with pricing not yet determined at the time of writing. Please continue to monitor the official event website for further updates.
