American Day, one of the largest and most popular cross-cultural events in Misawa City, home to Misawa Air Base, returns June 15!

Under the event theme “Two Cultures but One Community,” the popular annual event will include live performances, a parade featuring 130 Harley Davidson motorcycles and 16 classic cars, static displays and countless food and game booths. Last year’s event attracted over 60,000 visitors.

Stop by the stage at Sky Plaza, to enjoy the smooth sounds of musical acts including the Pacific Trends Band, a Beyonce cover band and a Velvet Soul Band.

The event has been cohosted by Misawa City and Misawa Air Base since 1989 to celebrate American culture and promote friendship between the local communities.

Don’t miss this fun event!
