Sgt. Jose Mercado applies a layer of sealant to a storage container during care of supplies in storage (COSIS) operation training at an Army Prepositioned Stocks site in Japan, known as APS-4J. Mercado is part of the 308th Medical Logistics Company, an Army Reserve unit out of Utah, that took part in Operation Patriot Press. OPP is an annual training exercise under Army Materiel Command focusing on sustainment operations.
