YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan – Yokota students and community members walked along the Yokota High School track at Yokota Air Base, Japan, during a Walk Against Bullying, Oct. 26.

October is National Bullying Prevention Month, an opportunity to encourage students, teachers and community members alike to stand against bullying. The walk is one of many ways members can draw attention to it and reduce the stigma of reporting it or standing up against it.

For the day, students and community members were encouraged to wear orange and make encouraging signs for the walk.
