Camp Zama – The Army & Air Force Exchange Service makes it convenient for the Camp Zama community to find healthy dining choices.

As part of the BE FIT 360 program, the Camp Zama Exchange offers better-for-you meals, snacks and beverages at restaurants, and the Expresses.

All Camp Zama Exchange restaurants offer better-for-you options:

Taco Bell is proud to offer food that fits all lifestyles, made with high-quality ingredients that are simple to understand. Whether you’re looking for options that are vegetarian, made without gluten, high protein, lower calorie or fat, or in the mood for something indulgent, Taco Bell has food for all. Did you know that Taco Bell was the first QSR to offer vegetarian-certified menu items by the American Vegetarian Association (AVA)? We have vegetarian ingredients on our menu, which are also certified vegan.

Subway offers more than a dozen sandwiches with 350 calories or fewer including turkey breast, Veggie Delight and Black Forest ham.

Shoppers can also find healthy snacks at the Express with options like fresh fruits, trail mix and nuts, veggie chips, energy bars, grass-fed meat snacks and jerky, and bottled water.

“Having quick and convenient access to better-for-you meals and snacks is vital for the readiness and resilience of the total force at Camp Zama”, said Camp Zama PX General Manager Nick Cucinello. “The Exchange is all in to support the health, wellness and nutrition of Camp Zama service members and their families with ever-expanding BE FIT options.”

Soldiers and families can learn more at the Exchange’s BE FIT hub page at ShopMyExchange.com/BeFit.
