Yokota Air Base – Military kids can show off their creative skills and play in-store on Saturdays during Month of the Military Child at the Yokota Exchange.

Beginning April 2, military kids can visit the Yokota Main Store each Saturday for military kid-exclusive events. On April 2 from 1400-1500, Kids Scavenger Hunt event will happen.

On April 9 from 1300-1500, children can create their own sculpture using Play-Doh at the Play-Doh sculpting event.

On April 16, military kids of all ages can join in for eggs-tacular Easter Egg Hunt!

The Disney Ultimate Princess Celebration on April 23. Kids ages 4 and older can play with dolls, construct a princess tiara, color at the coloring station and take photos at the photo booth during There will also be a Disney themed costume contest!

The final event of the month will be the Purple Up Drive Thru Event that will also coincide with a Nerf Super event on April 30th! Military kids ages 8 and older can pick up a provided Nerf Blaster at the toy department and practice their aim in the Blaster Testing Tent

“The Yokota Exchange is excited to offer military kids opportunities for play during Month of the Military Child,” said Yokota Exchange General Manager Julia Woods. “We’re honored to celebrate America’s youngest heroes throughout the month with four fun in-store events exclusive to military children.”
