ERDENET, Mongolia -- The U.S. Air Force Band of the Pacific-Asia joined students to share music, culture and ideas at the newly-opened American Corner in Erdenet, Mongolia, April 25, 2024.

This engagement celebrated the 20th anniversary of the first American Corner in Mongolia, as well as the opening of the newest one in Erdenet. It brought musicians from Mongolia and the United States together to celebrate the opening of the American Corner in Erdenet. The American Corner was established to foster and provide educational and cultural exchanges between the U.S. and Mongolia.

The U.S. Air Force Band of the Pacific-Asia is based at Yokota Air Base, Japan, and aims to provide professional musical products and services during war and peace time by traveling across the U.S.Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility to spread joy through music to local communities.
