Yoga offers numerous benefits for the mind, body, and spirit, from improving flexibility, strength, and balance through to reducing stress and promoting relaxation. The Yoga Fest in Yokohama has been running for 20 years now, and it's billed as the largest yoga-related event in all of Asia.

The three-day affair includes a variety of both paid and free yoga classes, booths selling yoga-related attire and equipment, and health conscious food trucks offering tasty treats for sale.

GETTING THERE

Yoga Fest Yokohama takes place at the Pacifico Yokohama convention center, which can be accessed in 5 minutes on foot from Minato Mirai Station (Minatomirai Line).

For those who opt to drive, the venue is two minutes from the Minato Mirai Exit on the Yokohane Route (K1) of the Shuto Expressway. On-site parking is available, and information about pricing can be found on the Pacifico Yokohama website.
