VIDEO| When you fly out of Haneda Airport, make a detour for some old-style shopping at Edo Tokyo
At Haneda Airport’s International Terminal, take some time for last-minute souvenir shopping at the tradition Japanese shopping and restaurant area called “Edo Street” on the 4th floor. The street is designed to look like an old Japanese town along with a large wooden Nihonbashi bridge of the Edo era (1603-1867). Stop in for Japanese chochin paper lanterns, shoji (sliding paper doors), byobu (colorful folding screen) and Kanban (wooden signboards) at various shops and booths. Grab a bite and feel like a samurai on your next trip through Haneda.
