Though it’s a little windy, the nice blue skies remain after the typhoon rains have passed.

“Taifuuikka no akibare desu!” 台風一過の秋晴れです! = It's a beautiful autumn day after the typhoon passed! 

 

“taifuuikka” 台風一過 = good weather after a typhoon passed, "akibare" 秋晴れ = a beautiful autumn day, ".. desu" です = It is ..
