VIDEO| Speakin' Japanese: Autumn is in full bloom!

In the fall, there is nothing like exploring the season’s foliage. To hunt for beautiful autumn colors, I came to Karuizawa Town on the border of Nagano and Gunma Prefectures because it is known as a popular autumn leaf attraction. As you see, I am actually surrounded by bright hues of reddish autumn leaves.

Today's Japanese phrase:

“Koyo massakari desu!” 紅葉真っ盛りです! = Autumn is in full bloom!

“Koyo” 紅葉 = (colored) autumn leaves, "massakari" 真っ盛り = at the best/peak, in full bloom, ".. desu" です = it is..

Don't miss such a beautiful season and explore Japan's autumn leave attractions before they will be gone!
