Sanrio rooms coming to Tokyo Dome Hotel: My Melody and Kuromi feature from October 2023

The Sanrio company started in 1960, and have become known across the globe for adorable characters such as Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, and Gudetama to name just a few. If you're a fan of all things Sanrio and headed to Tokyo from October, there's a fun new way you can combine your hotel stay with the mischievously cute Kuromi or Hello Kitty's best friend My Melody.

Tokyo Dome Hotel will be operating two new themed rooms which will be available for stays from Sunday, October 1st, 2023. Reservations for either room will be accepted from noon on Friday, September 1st, 2023, and more information can be found on the official hotel website. You can explore what the rooms will look like via the press release photos below.

My Melody Room

Kuromi Room

Booking a stay in either room also means that guests receive some super-cute themed goodies, including a My Melody or Kuromi stuffed toy, mini tote bag, and pouch. Breakfast is included in the room rate as well, meaning you can have a leisurely start to your morning at either the breakfast buffet restaurant Rilassa, or at the Japanese restaurant Tankuma.

The themed rooms are suitable for either two or three guests – for two guests, the per night rate is from 52,000 yen, and for three guests the per night rate is from 63,000 yen.

GETTING THERE

Tokyo Dome Hotel is located just a minute on foot from exit A2 of Suidobashi Station, which is served by the JR Chūō Sōbu Line and the Toei Mita Line. If you're using the Tokyo Metro, the hotel is around 5 minutes from Korakuen Station's Exit 2 (Marunouchi Line and Namboku Line).

For those who opt to drive, take the Nishi-kanda Exit or Iidabashi Exit on the Metropolitan Expressway. On-site parking is available for hotel guests.
