Held annually on the vernal equinox, the Hiroshima Warmed Sake Festival allows visitors to sample a variety of local brews heated up. The benefits of drinking sake warm relate to the flavors being expressed – heat is said to enhance the taste.

Advance tickets for the event will be priced at ¥2,000, which includes six drinks. Information on how to purchase advance tickets should be added to the official event website in the near future. On the day of the event the sake brews will be priced at ¥400 per cup, and there will be foods that pair well with sake available for purchase.

Venue: Hiroshima Castle When: Tuesday - Mar 21st 2023
