Food tours offer opportunity to explore, enjoy Yokohama bay, culinary scene

As the season starts to change, take some time to enjoy Yokohama’s beautiful bay area.

Onsen & Gastronomy Tourism Association is hosting one-day food tours along the waterfront to help you get out and enjoy the city through its culinary delights.

Tours will take place Oct. 13, Nov. 24 and Dec. 15 and include stops to enjoy Minato Mirai, Chinatown and Yamashita Park. Sample some Yokohama favorites like urban barbecue, local craft beer, gin, cocktails and the local original, Napolitan spaghetti.

The day tours are a great way to explore the area’s history, attractions and regional flavors. Book your spot today!

 

Onsen & Gastronomy Walking tour in Yokohama

Dates and hours: Oct. 13, Nov. 24 and Dec. 15, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. (100 people each)

Fee: Adult 7,000 yen, middle schoolers or younger 3,500 yen *Optional package with onsen soak at Manyo-no-yu Spa: Adult 9,400 yen and middle schoolers or younger 4,930 yen
