Richard McElhaney, 374th Airlift Wing commander, completed his fini-flight aboard a C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 36th Airlift Squadron at Yokota Air Base, Japan, July 7, 2026. The fini-flight marked the conclusion of his tenure as commander of the 374 AW and honored his service and leadership during his assignment.
