The 374th Airlift Wing leadership participated in an immersion with the 374th Logistics Readiness Squadron combat mobility flight at Yokota Air Base, Japan, June 4, 2026. During the immersion, leaders observed parachute rigging procedures through a subject matter expert exchange and hands-on training. The immersion provided them with a better understanding of the technical expertise required to inspect, maintain and prepare parachutes for operational use, highlighting the critical role parachute riggers play in mission readiness and airborne operations.
