Chief Engineman Morgan Rogers is pinned to the rank of chief petty officer during a Chief Petty Officer Pinning Ceremony in the Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan (CFAY) Fleet Theater, Sept. 16, 2026. Fourteen Sailors from CFAY and Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force were promoted to the rank of chief petty officer during the ceremony.
