USS RONALD REAGAN (CVN 76)

YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 11, 2022) - Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) 1st Class Nicholas Ochieng, right, from Rosenberg, Texas, a Chief select, and Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Equipment) 1st Class Jason Krawczynki, from Chicago, a Chief select, prepare to raise the ensign for morning colors on the flight deck of the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), while in port on board Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Sept. 11. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the United States, and supports alliances, partnerships and collective maritime interests in the Indo-Pacific region.
