TOKYO BAY, Japan (Jan. 26, 2023) - Capt. Walt Mainor, left, Commodore of Commander Task Force (CTF) 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, awards Cmdr. Colin Roberts his end of tour award the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ralph Johnson (DDG 114) anchored in Tokyo Bay, Japan, during a change of command ceremony, Jan. 26. Ralph Johnson is assigned to CTF71/DESRON 15 forward-deployed to the 7th Fleet area of operation in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
