CFAY Multicultural Committee celebrates Black History Month

Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka

YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 18, 2022) - Chief Master-at-Arms Lucian King, guest speaker for the Black History Month ceremony, hosted by Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s (CFAY) multicultural committee, delivers a speech on the significance of black history at the Chapel of Hope onboard CFAY. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
