Airman Leadership School Class 22-C at Misawa Air Base

MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Airman Leadership School prepares Senior Airmen and newly ranks Staff Sergeants for positions of greater responsibility by strengthening their ability to lead, follow and manage while also gaining a broader understanding of the military profession and their role within the Air Force. These graduates are professional, war-fighting Airmen who can supervise and lead teams to accomplish our mission in the Indo-Pacific region.
