The 374th Airlift Wing leadership participated in an immersion with the 374th Medical Support Squadron medical equipment repair center at Yokota Air Base, Japan, June 8, 2026. During the immersion, U.S. Air Force Col. Richard McElhaney, 374 AW commander, experienced hands-on repair of medical equipment located within the 374 Medical Group.
