Take time to connect with your body, mind, and breath through a gentle, grounding yoga practice. After the session, enjoy a relaxed gathering designed to help everyone feel comfortable and included.

The session is every last Saturday of the month from 19:45 – 21:15 (Doors open at 19:30).

About the instructor: Megumi Aizawa is a wellness guide specializing in yoga, mindfulness, and plant-based living. She founded a Tokyo-based wellness school dedicated to supporting emotional well-being through mindful, body-based practices. A certified yoga teacher (RYT200), Megumi has trained in both India and Japan, with a background in Zen-inspired philosophy, breath-centered meditation, and mindfulness approaches related to emotional awareness. Through her work, Megumi facilitates sessions in both English and Japanese for individuals, groups, and organizations, with a focus on creating inclusive and psychologically safe spaces.

  • Duration: Mental health–focused yoga, mindful breathing, practical tools for daily life. After the session, a 20-30 minute guided talk/sharing time.

  • Schedule and monthly theme:

    • January, April, July, October – Focus: Intensity: ★★★ Intermediate–Advanced

    • February, May, August, November– Stress Relief: Intensity: ★★☆ Beginner–Intermediate

    • March, June, September, December– Gratitude: Intensity: ★☆☆ Beginner
