CAMP ZAMA – As we focused on wellness, Camp Zama Exchange is making healthy eating more accessible on-post.
As part of its BE FIT 360 program, dedicated to holistic wellness, the Camp Zama Exchange offers fresh choices at all restaurants and Expresses.
“The Exchange is fully committed to supporting nutrition and wellness for the military community,” Camp Zama Exchange General Manager Nick Cucinello said. “We are dedicated to ensuring our Soldiers have access to better-for-you meals and snacks to fuel them throughout the day.”

Most of Subway’s 6-inch subs have less than 650 calories, with at least 50% offering fewer than 500 calories.
The Impossible Whopper, featuring a plant-based patty, is available at Exchange Burger King locations worldwide. Also, serving Salads.
Enjoy delicious options at Popeyes under 500 calories, including blackened chicken tenders, individual chicken pieces, and fresh, low-calorie sides. All the bold flavors with a smarter balance.
Diners can also find healthy snacks at the Express with options like fresh fruits, trail mix and nuts, veggie chips, energy bars, grass-fed meat snacks and jerky, and bottled water, etc.
“From grab-and-go snacks to meals for the family, the Exchange is all in to support nutrition and wellness goals,” Nick said. “The Exchange is honored to make healthy eating a part of everyday life on and off duty.”
