Pokémon fans with a sweet tooth have a new reason to stop by Komeda Coffee this spring. The beloved Japanese café chain has teamed up with the world of Pokémon for the “Let’s Be Together with Pokémon♪” campaign, running at Komeda Coffee and Okagean locations across Japan from March 5th to May 13th, 2026. Okagean is Komeda’s Japanese-style café concept, known for traditional sweets and noodle dishes, giving fans another setting to enjoy the collaboration.
Following the popularity of last summer’s partnership, the campaign returns with an expanded lineup of themed menu items, limited-edition merchandise and even specially decorated stores. The event unfolds in two stages, each featuring different Pokémon-inspired dishes.
The first phase, running from March 5th to April 8th, centers on the ever-mischievous Ditto. One highlight is the Ditto Shiro Noir Blueberry Fromage, Komeda’s signature warm Danish pastry topped with soft serve, blueberry sauce, and tangy cheese cream, finished with heart-shaped sugar sprinkles inspired by Ditto’s color.
Savory options include a mentaiko shrimp cutlet sandwich packed with plump shrimp and onion filling, while Ditto’s sweet potato balls offer a crispy outside and soft, chewy center. At Okagean, diners can try Ditto Shrimp Tsukemen, pairing chewy noodles with a rich shrimp dipping broth.

From April 9th, the second round introduces more fan-favorite Pokémon. The Dragonite Shiro Noir Custard Pudding tops warm pastry with pudding-flavored sauce, caramel, and soft serve.
Meanwhile, a hearty Chicken Tatsuta Burger celebrates the trio of Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle, served in a special illustrated wrapper. Another fun snack comes in the form of cheese balls themed after Misdreavus.
Ordering a themed dish also comes with a surprise, with diners receiving one of four randomly selected charms for each campaign phase.
