Yokota Teen Center Reopening

Yokota Air Base, Japan -- After more than two years, the Teen Center at Yokota Air Base reopened. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Mar. 15, 2019.

The Teen Center is located on the east side of the base in building 4313. It is opened to teens age 13-18. The facility features a basketball court, culinary section, movie theater, game room and various other sections and activities.

“I want them to have an option,” said Christina Reed, Teen Center activities manager. “Here they can come and learn things. We have so many different clubs and activities to help them grow as a person and be more prepared for the future.”

Operating Hours:

Monday: 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Tuesday: 1:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Wednesday: 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday: 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday: 2 p.m. - 9 p.m.
