CAMP ZAMA, Japan – Hiroki Davis and Denver Dait each ran for touchdowns and Jeremiah Georges caught a scoring pass to help Zama remain DODEA-Pacific’s lone unbeaten football team, downing Robert D. Edgren 21-7 on homecoming Friday at Zama’s Barry Huitema Memorial Field.

Zama improved to 5-0 on the regular season with two games left and remains in the driver’s seat for the top seed in the DODEA-Pacific Division II championship game scheduled for Oct. 27. The Eagles fell to 1-4 with two games remaining.

The game ended three minutes into the third quarter when Eagles coach Aaron Wells pulled his team off the field, saying that he felt it was “not a conducive environment for high school football.” He did not elaborate.
