December and January events at Yokota Middle School

Dec 13th - Concert at Mendel and West Elementary Schools, POC: Britainy Lewis
Students from the YMS band and chorus program will perform a concert for YWES at 0900 and JK
Mendel ES at 1300 for elementary students on the day before winter break.

Dec 16th - 20th - Teen Read Week, POC: Annette Holladay
The joy of reading will be highlighted during this year’s Teen Read Week. Participants will have the
opportunity to engage in multiple activities and dress up days as Yokota MS encourages all students
embrace this year’s theme of reading for the fun of it!

Dec 17th- Holiday Music during lunch, at 1030 POC: Angela Butler
The PACAF band is making a special trip to Yokota Middle School to spread holiday cheer through
music.

Jan 29 - Mid-Winter Music Concert, POC: Britainy Lewis, Music Teacher
Band and Chorus students will perform at 6:00pm in the Yokota MS cafeteria.
