The Exchange is a self-sustaining benefit—100% of Exchange earnings are reinvested in the military community. Every time service members, retirees, military families, Veterans, Department of War civilians and other authorized shoppers pick something up at the PX, grab a meal at a Camp Zama restaurant or place an order through ShopMyExchange.com, they make a tangible contribution to our Nation’s military readiness and resiliency.
“While other retailers are tasked with maximizing returns for their shareholders, the Exchange maximizes support to the military community, including here at Camp Zama,” said Camp Zama PX General Manager Nick Cucinello. “Those who serve and have served receive value through tax-free shopping and military-exclusive pricing at the Exchange while also strengthening essential Army Quality-of-Life services.”
Last year, Exchange shoppers worldwide generated $307 million in dividends. In the last 10 years, the Exchange has provided $2.3 billion in dividends for Quality-of-Life programs.
