Yokota Air Base – The Army & Air Force Exchange Service is bringing Nerf Fest to Yokota.

In honor of the Month of the Military Child, the Yokota Exchange invites military children ages 8 and older (and kids-at-heart) to test the latest Nerf Blasters on April 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Yokota Main Store. Assorted Blasters and darts will be provided.

“The Exchange is excited to provide this opportunity for Yokota military children to have fun and test new, innovative toys,” said Exchange General Manager Shinobu Matsui. “Our Nation’s youngest heroes are the backbone of the military family. We are honored to serve them and recognize their contributions to the military community.”

The event is one of several being held by the Exchange for Month of the Military Child, an annual celebration that honors the resiliency and sacrifices of military children.

Select Nerf items will be on sale on the day of the event. Participants will receive an Ace Blaster Certificate.

For more information, call the Yokota Exchange at 1-469-375-7519. Families can learn more about the Month of the Military Child and upcoming events on the Exchange’s Hub page.
