Yokota Air Base– Online shopping is more convenient than ever for Yokota Airmen and their families with the Army & Air Force Exchange Service’s expanded buy online, pickup in-store service.

Military shoppers can buy items at ShopMyExchange.com and pick them up at the Yokota Exchange. The Exchange has expanded the selection of eligible merchandise since the Department of Defense’s largest retailer rolled out the service at Yokota in December —95% of the online assortment can now be picked up in stores, up from about 10% at launch.

“The Yokota Exchange wants to make the shopping experience as easy as possible for Airmen and their families,” said Exchange Main Store manager Chad Davis. “Customers can purchase what they need before they head to the store and associates will do the shopping for them. In some cases, shoppers can even pick up their items on the same day as ordered.”

Shoppers are notified by email or text when their order is ready, and in-store signing indicates where customers can pick up their items.

ShopMyExchange.com offers more than 2 million items and military-exclusive pricing—tax free. 100% of Exchange earnings, including those from online purchases, support Warfighters and their families through military Quality-of-Life programs and improvements to the Exchange shopping experience.
