USS Chancellorsville rises to ocean level

YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 31, 2017) - The Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Chancellorsville (CG 63) rises to ocean level as it prepares to leave Dry Dock 5 at Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 26,000 military and civilian personnel.
