YOKOSUKA, Japan — (Jan 16, 2019) Petty Officer Medic Matt Purcell leads command master chiefs from various 7th Fleet units and task forces in the Royal New Zealand Navy’s Creed during a 7th Fleet Sailor of the Year event. The 7th Fleet Sailor of the Year Week is designed to share with these outstanding Sailors the unique operational environment in the 7th Fleet as well as enhance regional partnerships with like-minded forces.
