Osaka top destination for Korean tourists in 2018
Japan dominated the top three positions in 2018 as the top overseas destinations for overseas Korean travelers.
Osaka took the top spot this year, followed by Fukuoka and Tokyo as announced by Expedia.
The top 10 cities visited in 2018:
- Osaka, Japan
- Fukuoka, Japan
- Tokyo, Japan
- Hong Kong
- Bangkok, Thailand
- Danang, Vietnam
- Cebu, Philippines
- Taipei, Taiwan
- Guam
- Macao
Nearly 70% of international travelers were from the Seoul area, while Busan accounted for 13% and Incheon and Jeju 6% each.
