Commander, Fleet Air Forward (CFAF) Commodore Capt. Rich Prest addresses the audience during CFAF’s change of command aboard Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi. During the ceremony, outgoing CFAF Commodore Capt. Michael Parker was relieved by Prest as the command’s 15th Commanding Officer.
