NAVAL AIR FACILITY ATSUGI, Japan (Oct. 22, 2015) – Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi local residents congregate at Shirley Lanham Elementary school for the annual Fall Festival. The school holds the celebration every year to recognize the coming of fall.
