NAVAL AIR FACILITY ATSUGI, Japan (Sep. 23, 2015) — Shirley Lanham Elementary School Spanish Club member Olivia Carpenter preforms La Raspa during the Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi Hispanic Heritage Ceremony at Club Trilogy. The ceremony was held in honor of the contributions made to the United States and its’ military by Americans of Hispanic descent.
