Misawa leaders sign 2023 Suicide Prevention Proclamation

35th Fighter Wing suicide prevention facilitators stand with Misawa’s Suicide Prevention Proclamation at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Sept. 7, 2023. The Suicide Prevention Proclamation aims to change the negative perception associated with seeking mental health by encouraging service members to be unafraid of getting help.
