MISAWA AB The Misawa Exchange is kicking off the Month of the Military Child by offering military brats a tangible badge of honor.

Beginning April 1, eligible Exchange shoppers can visit the BX to claim up to five free, collectible iron-on military brat patches at registers while supplies last.

“Just as our service members proudly wear the insignia that reflect their service and sacrifice, our military children deserve a symbol that honors their own strength,” said Misawa Exchange General Manager Michickia Carter. “This badge of honor celebrates their resilience, courage and the quiet sacrifices they make every day—and the Misawa Exchange is honored to recognize them in this way.”

Airmen, Guardians and their families can contact the Misawa Exchange or visit the Exchange’s Month of the Military Child community Hub for more information.
