COPE North 19 prepares to resume flying operations after Typhoon Wutip

COPE North 2019 is in preparation to resume operations after Super Typhoon Wutip passed by Guam on Feb. 24, 2019. CN19 is a long-standing exercise designed to enhance multilateral air operations amongst allies and will include humanitarian assistance and disaster relief airlift operations as well as large-force employment.
