The 374th Airlift Wing held a National Prayer Luncheon on March 23, 2023, at Yokota Air Base, Japan. For 70 years, the 374th Airlift Wing has held a meal in honor of the original “Presidential Prayer Breakfast" in 1953, which was attended by Dwight D. Eisenhower, the 34th President of the United States.
Since 2013, an annual internship program here has given more than 100 Japanese college students the chance to work in an Army environment, and two former participants took the next step and are now full-time employees here.
