SASEBO, Japan (Sep. 1, 2020) -- Mass Communication Specialist Seaman Jasmine Ikusebiala photographs Boatswain’s Mate 1st Class Thomas Oloughlin onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo. Studio photo services for CFAS departments and tenant commands were temporarily suspended due to risks from COVID-19 but were resumed after incorporating preventive measures such as physical distancing and limited exposure time without a mask.
