CFAY Port Operations Sailors prepare for the first harbor evolution of the year

YOKOSUKA, Japan (January 7, 2019) – Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class Oscar Saldivar from San Juan, Texas and Electrician’s Mate 1st Class Romaine Loney from New York signal as Sailors with U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Port Operations prepare for the first harbor evolution of the new year on the Valiant class tugboats Seminole (YT 805) and Puyallup (YT 806), Jan. 7. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
