CFAY holds Naturalization Ceremony

Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka

YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 29, 2021) – Steven Pilling, immigration services officer, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Guam Field Office, virtually administers the Oath of Allegiance to Personnel Specialist Seaman Dana Young and Retail Services Specialist Seaman Eslanie Yutangco, both originally from the Philippines, during a naturalization ceremony onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
