Hakkeijima Hydrangea Festival

The Hakkeijima Hydrangea Festival is back for its 18th year and is ready to showcase over 20 thousand of its hydrangeas on the man-made island.

Experience the cultures of 38 African countries through performances, delicious food from the African continent and activities for both families and adults!

Kagoshima Shochu and Music Festival
June 16 - 17, noon - 6 p.m.
Cost: Free Entrance / All You Can Drink: 3000
The Kagoshima Shochu and Music Festival will bring 37 varieties of shochu from Kagoshima to Yoyogi Park.
The event goes on from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Africa Hibiya Festival
June 23 - 24, 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Cost: Free
The Africa Hibiya Festival will have a food court, a bazaar full of beautiful crafts, work-shops where you can play African games and make accessories, and live stage performances, featuring authentic African musicians and dancers.
 
Short Shorts Film Festival
Through June 24, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Cost: Free
Asia’s largest short film festival is back! 250 selected short films from over 10,000 submitted works will be on display at the 20-day event in Harajuku and Omotesando.
